PiC Solar Insect Lantern Killer

The BUG ZAPPER

Quality - 4/5 stars

It's probably not fair to speak on quality after so few uses however, it does make me wonder, as with other products, whether the LEDs will burn out quickly or whether it will stand the test of time. Same goes for the plastic housing itself as it doesn't feel as if it can take much of a beating not that I intend to totally abuse it but still... For now though, it is absolutely great to have a solar chargeable bug zapper with built in LED lantern!

Usefulness - 5/5 stars

To be honest, I have had a lot more use indoors than out. When flies made it into the house over summer and wouldn't leave me alone, I found it not only appropriate but desired to have a bug zapper to take care of them for me and boy did it ever! As it is a rather low power zapper, flies in particular take a bit of time to be dispatched but it can be done! Smaller bugs, no problem, one zap is all it takes but bigger bugs need a little more time to completely cook. When a product works, how can you argue it isn't useful? Especially a bug zapper!

Cost - 5/5 stars

This is a product I have not only bought but have now bought two just because I thought I lost the first one but realized later I only rolled up the original in my tent when packing it up. Oops! At least now I have one I can keep in the tent as a light and bug zapper for anything that does get in the tent while having one outside for all other needs! The cost is absolutely what I would expect for a product like this so I give it the highest marks accordingly!

Overall - 5/5 stars

How can you not be absolutely impressed with a solar chargeable portable bug zapper? As soon as I saw it, I knew I needed it and now I have two! I won't lie, I think this is probably my favorite piece of camping equipment of all times.
